The Little Bird Contest is officially open!

You can send your submissions to Rebecca Lee as of today, and the contest will be open until the end of May. Remember not to put your name on any of your story pages — that would disqualify you. Your name will go on the submission form, and that’s all.

AND everyone who submits will be entered in a random draw to win a free scholarship to The Story Intensive this fall! Each submission counts as an entry, and you can enter the contest with as many stories as you like.

First, when approximately do you hope to notify your longlist (I am trying to dovetail with the deadline for another contest, and don't want to double-submit). Hi Heidi! Thanks for your questions – I’m so glad you’re going to submit to Little Bird. We’ll notify the longlist in the first half of July, and submissions must be unpublished stories only. But we do accept multiple submissions! xo S
