Bring your writing to the next level.
There comes a point when you don’t want to take another workshop: you need a mentor to help bring your work to fruition.
My mentoring includes careful reading of your work as you write it, weekly calls with feedback, problem-solving, and editorial advice. If you ever get stuck in the middle of a story and you need to touch in, I'll be there in your pocket, on Voxer.
I'll be your writing partner for 14 weeks, supporting you in your process in the ways you need.
If mentorship with me is what you need to help you reach your goals, please book a call to chat with me about being one of my mentees.
Mentorship is profoundly valuable for writers of all genres. My own writing mentors have been key to my success as an author.
I would be honoured to be your mentor this year.
Your mentorship may include these 3 components:
*This plan is flexible. You and your project might need a different approach. We’ll find out what cadence works for you and your schedule, so you can work at your own pace. Set up a call to discuss what this will look like for you.
Includes:
This is deep writing time for you to implement the changes and suggestions we discussed in the first weeks.
Includes:
This week, we will gather and review.
Includes:
You will get an automated reply letting you know that your name has been added to the waitlist.
As soon as time opens up in my schedule and I’m able to take on another mentee, I will reach out to everyone on the waitlist, letting them know my availability.
At that point, you can let me know you’re interested by booking a Discovery Call.
Mentorship with Sarah made my writing more vivid, more tangible, more visceral, and embodied. And I feel like I am forever changed as a writer.
Sarah uses intuition as a tool to help you find your writing. Every time I interacted with Sarah, I was surprised by how supportive and delightful she is. And in that container of support, I really rediscovered my ability to listen to what my story had to tell me.
I can’t recommend working with Sarah enough. She’s an incredible human being. Those of us who get to work with her see that immediately. She is a unicorn.

First you’ll be taken to my calendar to choose a 15-minute time slot that works for you. You’ll answer a question about your writing and what kind of support you’re looking for. Then you’ll receive an email confirmation with a Zoom link for our call and a request to send me a short (5 page) sample of your writing, so I can read it before we meet.
The purpose of our Discovery Call is for me to understand who you are as a writer, for you to understand who I am as a mentor, and for both of us to discover if we’re a good fit for close, creative work together. A good creative relationship requires mutual understanding, presence, and trust. This call helps us both feel that out.
If it’s a YES for both of us at this point and we agree to move forward with the mentorship, I’ll send you an email with a link to process payment. This email will also include our call schedule, and a Google calendar link with our potential calls.
Then we’ll get started. We’ll begin diving into your writing. You will send me your pages, I will read them, and together we will make your project the most vivid and alive it can be.
